The Making of Mammut
Mammut.com’s move to a composable architecture, told as a weekly film series from concept to release.

Mammut.com, the digital flagship of a centuries-old Swiss brand, moved onto a composable architecture, and I turned that story into a four-part film series. I wrote the concept, then storyboarded every episode timestamp by timestamp, so the editor and designer could bring my vision to life.
The team was small by design: one designer, one video editor and me. I wrote the interview questions, the light scripts and the creative direction, and I coordinated the film crew that flew to the brand’s headquarters to shoot. The series released over four weeks, one episode a week, in the last four weeks of January.
It remains one of the projects I am proudest of. I follow the same rule I use on a security page: tell the true story, then get out of the way.
Tell the true story, then get out of the way.
