The Battlecard System
A searchable battlecard experience with upvotes, ratings, and requests, all landing in a team channel they can actually triage.
The sales team needed battlecards. I was bored to death of PDFs. The useful object was a microsite: competitive intelligence you can uncover and search, not a file you hope someone downloaded.
Reps can upvote what should move on the product marketing roadmap. A rate-this-battlecard control asks for one to five stars and a note, in the app. A request button covers the card that does not exist yet. All three land in a dedicated team channel, so the team triages from the same place.
The feedback loop is the product. Enablement that cannot hear the field is a brochure with a search box.
It is deployed internally and used by more than 100 people. Every battlecard is its own app, designed and built at AI speed, and it shipped inside my first year in the role.
A battlecard that cannot be rated is a monologue.
